3. LIFE-Symposium – time to connect

Am 6. November 2024 findet das 3. LIFE Symposium der Universität Jena statt.

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Forschende, Studierende und Interessierte des Jenaer LIFE-Bereichs. Fellows der LIFE CONNECT- und TALENT-Projekte präsentieren ihre Forschungsprojekte in kurzen Erfahrungsberichten.

Zudem werden lokale Firmen und Stiftungen vertreten sein, um den Austausch zwischen Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft zu fördern.

Keynote Lecture:
Wir freuen uns, Frau Dr. Dana Kralisch als Keynote-Sprecherin begrüßen zu dürfen.
Dr. Dana Kralisch ist Forschungsgruppenleiterin an der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena und spezialisiert auf biotechnologisch gewonnene Cellulose und Risikobewertung von Nanomaterialien. Sie ist auch General Manager von JeNaCell, bekannt für innovative Wundauflagen.

Die Profillinie LIFE umfasst Forschung in Mikrobiologie, Infektionsbiologie, Biodiversität, Bio-Geo-Interaktionen, Bioinformatik und Systembiologie und Alternsforschung. Sie fördert interdisziplinäre Kooperationen und unterstützt Nachwuchswissenschaftler sowie die Entwicklung von Projekten mit Drittmittelpotenzial.
